Among the strategies we had to prove that we were a very serious university and that we were committed to quality and excellence, we benchmarked ourselves against other universities in the world and we realized that they had something called “President List.” This is the top 1% of all schools. That is their flagship product, which is why we wanted to replicate that strategy with our students who devote a greater effort and commitment to their major on a daily basis. If they were giving more, we had to give them more as well.
We complemented what your education is with fundamental competencies that are innovation and leadership. We provide them with a program in the last 3 years of their career to develop and strengthen these competencies. A program that has us all involved and we consider that it is necessary to reward, recognize and encourage those who give more for their own development.
