On the occasion of Women’s Day, the Diario Gestión published on March 6, the Top Executive Digital Ranking 2020, a study prepared for the second consecutive year by the reputation and marketing consultancy Café Taipá, with the aim of highlighting the presence and digital strategy of Peruvian executives in the main sectors.
On this occasion, Marisol Suárez, president and CEO of the UPC, and president of Cibertec, obtained the first place in the ranking with an outstanding score of 17.5 points.
“The mission of promoting the presence of women in the Peruvian online corporate environment goes one step further. The executives presented in this study are a model for professional and entrepreneurial women since they stand out, not only for having a good digital presence, but also for sharing valuable content for their stakeholders and society. It is important to note that Marisol Suárez, president and CEO of the UPC, also ranked first in the general ranking of CEO Peru 2019 that we carried out at the end of November ”, explain Milton Vela, general director of Café Taipá, and Cesar Ibargüen, director of Cafe Taipá accounts, in the ranking published in Management.
Each day, Peruvian executives have a more important role in the digital world, not only as representatives of their organizations, but also with their ideas, proposals and reflections that add value to society. In that sense, Marisol Suárez is characterized by being a transformative and authentic leader who is constantly contributing with her experience in innovation, leadership and educational management.
Facts about the study
To carry out this ranking, a sample of 75 executives was taken in management, presidency positions or who are part of the board of the 5 companies with the highest turnover in 15 sectors, according to the Peru Top Publications list.
The study consists of two phases: the first is the analysis of the digital presence of the executives. The second evaluates the content management of the 15 best valued in presence.
